Return & Refund Policy – Marivon

This Return & Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed by Marivon. By placing an order from our store, you agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Returns shall only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product is returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.

A return request is initiated within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

1.2 Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer shall not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items shall not be eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as “Sale”, “Discounted”, or “Clearance” at the time of purchase (unless defective).

Products without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

3.1 In the event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3.2 Supporting evidence (images or videos) may be required for verification purposes.

3.3 Upon validation, Marivon shall, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

4.2 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the transaction type.

4.3 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.

5.2 Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5.3 Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability and condition assessment.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Customers shall bear the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

6.2 It is recommended that customers use a trackable shipping service for return shipments, as Marivon shall not be responsible for lost parcels.
